Our Story
A bridge to home
“We carry more than groceries. We carry memory.”
GEZANA Shop was born from a simple longing — the smell of freshly roasted bunna at sunrise, the warmth of a netela draped over a grandmother's shoulders, the sharp comfort of berbere stirred into a pot of shiro. For Eritreans far from home, these are not luxuries. They are anchors.
We work directly with smallholder farmers in the highlands, with weavers in Asmara, and with families who have guarded recipes for generations. Every product on our shelves is chosen for one reason: it tastes, looks, or feels like home.
Sourced with reverence
Coffee from the Anseba region. Cotton woven on traditional looms. Spices ground in small batches. We pay fairly, we ship carefully, and we tell the story of every maker behind every product.
For the diaspora & the curious
